Thank you for your order. It should arrive by your estimated delivery date that was given at the time order was placed unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions please feel free to message us or call us at 361-592-2661. If you provided us with a vin, then the parts that we looked up are specific to your vin, not any TSB's or other publications.  If you are ordering from a TSB or another publication you need to let us know.  All parts are sold individually.  Illustrations are general pictures and do not depict what the actual part looks like or the quantity being sold. On small nuts and bolts if you need more than one you have to order the quantity you need. If a part needs to be returned you the customer are responsible for shipping it back to us.   Parts lost during shipping or damaged during shipping will be handled through our shipping protection company.  Call us for their information.

• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts under $8.00 are not returnable.
• Parts must be resell able and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• Normally, it takes 5-10 business days to process returns
• To receive credit for the core charge, the part must be sent back to your us in the original box, must be an original Ford part, and no external damage to the housing/part. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
